Desktop OneClick

Imagine that the Swipe Card icon below has been placed on your PC’s Desktop.  You would simply click this icon to launch the Credit Card Swipe page without having to login with a User and Password if your transactions are more than 15 minutes apart.

For PCI compliance reasons, the main  Virtual Terminal platform where you get your reports, run credit/refunds or void a transaction, is required to automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.   You can also do New Sales on the main platform, but if your transactions are more than 15 minutes apart, it can be quite annoying to login with a user name and password every time for a new transaction.  Most people do not realize that doing Credits and Refunds are where a big ratio of fraud occurs. That’s the reason for the time out. By not allowing access to do credits/refunds, voids and reports, we can provide a direct link to process  a new sale without having to login which makes it very quick to process new transactions. The VT Wizard Dashboard utilizes this same feature.

 

 

 

 

The Trans Express Button below will take you to the Main Virtual Terminal Website where you can see all the reports and other functions of the VT platform.  Click the button below and use  vtdemo   as the user, and  !1VTdemo  as the password. (Please note that this is the demo platform and it is not as fast as the production platform)
