Online Pymts

Taking payments from your website could not be any easier!  Our web platform gives us the ability to provide you the simplest method to take online payments directly to your processing account.  Once activated to your account, we simply supply you with a URL to link to your website. This allows you to completely avoid PA DSS certification as this link utilizes our PCI Compliant Secure hosted server “In the Cloud”.  The transactions deposit directly into your existing deposit account, however they will have their own report and their own deposit. The button below will demonstrate how the link would work from your site.  Just think of this button as being on any page of your website and this is what your patient would experience  when they click the Pay button.This button goes to a TEST account that will allow you to go through the whole online payment process and charges will not placed on your card.

RECEIPTS & EMAIL

Upon completion of the transaction, the cart will display a Receipt/Invoice on the screen.  At the bottom left of the Receipt/Invoice there is the option for the Patient to print a copy locally to their printer or email a copy to themselves, or they can do both.  The pay cart will automatically send a copy of this invoice/receipt via email to the general office email address you specify.

There is also the URL links listed at the bottom of the Invoice/Receipt that allow them return to the payment cart, or return to your website.
