Digital Forms

VT_Wizard_Forms_Tool_1With well over a couple of decades under our belts providing electronic payments to the Healthcare Industry, we’ve learned along the way that the majority of the Practice Management systems out there have yet to tackle digital forms, or have left a lot to be desired with the version they have.

With our credit card systems already utilizing digital signature capture pads for signatures on receipts, it seemed only natural to leverage that device and give our clients a method to digitize their health forms.  So the VT Wizard can do a lot more than just get a credit card processed for you.

If you have a word processor, i.e., MS Word, you can build any form you want then save it as a PDF file.  You then add that PDF file to the VT Wizard template manager so that it can be used over and over.  You can build/upload as many templates as you want.

Part of the Forms setup is the tell the VT Wizard where you want him to drop the digitally signed form.  The newly signed document is then saved as a PDF file in the pre-assigned folder on your PC and/or network so that it can be easily imported/attached to a patient’s record making it compatible with virtually any Practice management system that has an attachment feature.

The file is saved in a format that will make it very easy to identify and select for upload as you can see the example below.

The Forms feature uses either of the Topaz signature pad units available for the credit card processing.  The documents do not appear on the signature pads, just on the PC monitor.  The cost of units that have a large enough display are very expensive and the client surveys we conducted indicated that they preferred the lesser expensive signature pad options.

The Forms feature is available at no extra charge for clients using the VT Wizard with their credit card processing.  Otherwise it is available at $25.00 per month individually, or can be bundled with the VIP Gift/Loyalty at $30.00 per month for both features.
